If you would like to return or exchange an item, we accept items up to 14 days after receipt for store credit only. Returns on all goods must be in unused, unopened condition. There will be no returns on sale items, or international sales. All shipping costs will be paid by customer.
14 day return policy is always extended for the holidays.

Domestic and International orders will be processed and shipped out in a 2-7 day period.
Oversized and Fragile Items:
Occasionally large shipments require additional shipping charges. In the event your order requires additional payment, we will issue a shipping invoice to pay, and contact you directly. If invoice is not paid is 48 hours the order will be cancelled and refunded.
We are not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery once it is with the carrier. It is the customer's responsibility to select the best shipping method for their needs, preferred delivery date, and location. If you require faster shipping times, please call or email the shop directly. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, we will work closely with the carrier to do everything possible to assist you. We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated by the carrier. We cannot refund or replace lost or stolen packages, so we highly recommend using a delivery address that is secure.
