We accept returns and exchanges up to 14 days after in-store purchase or delivery receipt. Returns can be made for store credit only. All goods must be in unused and unopened condition to be eligible for return or exchange. There will be no returns or exchanges on sale items (including those purchased with discount code), perfumes, body products, or international sales. All shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.
For holiday gifting, the 14 day return policy is extended to January 14th each year.

Domestic and international orders are processed and shipped within 2-7 days.
We are not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery once packages are with the carrier. It is the customer's responsibility to select the best shipping method for their needs, preferred delivery date, and location. If you require faster shipping times, please call or email the shop directly.
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, we will work closely with the carrier to do everything possible to assist you. We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated by the carrier. We cannot refund or replace lost or stolen packages, so we highly recommend using a secure delivery address.
Oversized and fragile items:
Occasionally large shipments require additional shipping charges. In the event that your order requires an additional shipping charge, we will issue a separate shipping invoice and contact you directly for payment. If the shipping invoice is not paid within 48 hours, the order will be cancelled and fully refunded.
